I have always been a beach loving person. I was born near one and I’ve spent almost every single day, if my mom allows, playing with friends when I was young. Growing up and learning that there’s so much more that the world could offer I’ve grown a desire to be in every single beach I could as possible. Be it spending all my money or getting it for free.

I  don’t know what’s going on my mind these days.  I’ve been hurt  for the past few days: but that’s only last week and now I’ m relieved as in completely fine. it feels like im losing my direction. im losing control over my self especially in making decisions. God! its really hard to decide for myself.  It started last year and up to now that im experiencing this kind of crisis. i don’t know which path to follow, and every decisions i made was a disaster.

it may sound so absurd, but mind you its not that easy.

opps..nandito na po ako sa Manila, sa Makati pala. nosebleed ako dito, ang hirap pala mg tagalog lalo na sa pagsakay ng jeep..e hindi naman pwede englisin mo yong driver eh…baka lalo akong lukuhin…heheh

This is my favorite part of the year christmas…this is also the time were i got accepted as a sales team officer in Basic Graphics- its a sister company of Penshoppe.

after a week, i just realized that i don’t wanna work in the office. It just give me pain in the ass! God! kinda boring and all..sitting all day, facing the computer, typing stuff..i dunno. im such a lazy girl…

it took me a long while, before i’ll have something new to tell. Its  just so hard (really!) to write stuff, especially if you’re not into it.

This month- November, is my month as much as possible i’ll try to correct things and be a better me.//this a big challenge for me to take, i’ve been telling this soo so many times already..like a hundred times -well, goodluck to myself.

from this day on, I’ll try my very best to update this blog once in a while just to see if there is really an improvement. Having this kind of blog sometimes reminds me of what I am for the last six months- or is there something new or not. And  Its just so refreshing, if i’ll read it over and over again.

Going back, with my birthday- actually, i don’t celebrate it, just like everybody else did. well, mine is simple. I went to the church and pray. And i invited  my bf  to dined with us (with mama and ira) in our house. But before that, i asked him to help me prepare the food.. Thats it! then we all had a great dinner..spaghetti hahaha

I’m happy because i’ll just turned 25 and i knew there are a lot of things coming my way…..

When I was in my high schools days, I witnessed Buglasan Festival how it started and how it looked like way back ’96 up to now. I can see the difference each year.

I always witness this event because it is held in front of our school since I studied in Negros oriental High School-and Buglasan is the biggest event in Negros Oriental.

For the first five years (I guess) there were no dull moments for me, booths are nicely built representing every municipalities, families and friends gather together to watch the beautiful booth of Valencia and taste the toothsome “dalupapa” of Ayungon. Including businessmen were there to display their products and the like. However, Buglasan last year and this year is quite not good enough for me (no offense to organizers please!). I hear some friends that they don’t enjoy the festival anymore and it’s not worth to coming home to witness it. (If, I come from the other island to witness the event, I would rather not go back to the event again ever. It is just a waste of energy.)

I know my weaknesses, my shortcomings and i have tried to correct it. I’ve been telling this many times from the past and i kept on doing the same mistakes again. I taught myself that whatever happens i should learn to love things even if it’s not lovable and learn to like things even if its not likable.

if you are looking for a job-a dream job: i know you have a criteria that your are looking for in a company. that the company you want to work for will be like this, AND  like that. it would be easy to follow that criteria only, if  you’re a kind of person who’s very smart and talented and that the company is really after you.  but what if, you’re just the average person whom you do not know, if you will be hired or not.

i am victoria- and i am the average person who’s not smart not talented but I were able to have my dream job my dream company. yes, just recently (once again) i was accepted to be a part of the new team in vismin of torrent pharma it is a multinational company based in india and it has been operating in more than  60 countries.

i would say that there are times that i always get my luck…i love my new job, my new company i love everthing about it and i would like to believe that there will be no reasons for me that i will give up on this again because i’ve been telling it many times and many times that i have learned  my lesson again and again….And i was really surprised because they will assign me in ilo-ilo and bacolod…huaaawaat?!

i can’t take that!

We arrived in Naia early in the morning and we had our breakfast there. Toasted bread w/margarine and fresh egg coupled with coffee. uhmmm yummy…Together with me are my co-trainees vicnel and evi and our subsidiary head mr. cydee hisona. Ofcourse the food was paid by our boss (thank you sir cydee..:) Such a nice person, very humble and down to earth.
After we finished our breakfast, we separated ways me,vicnel, evi and eric-our destination was in Bacolod while sir cydee- in Cebu. Inside the plane, there was a cute boy or shall I say a guy, his name is sam. a cute boy who used to sing with Sarah’s show in ABS-CBN before…togetther with makisig and the famous charice….—-. at first, I glanced at him cute jud nga pagkabata oi!(he’s really a cute boy)who deserves my second glance..ahai…..

Since, the plane was still on the ground I text my youngest sister ira who happens to have a huge crush with sam..

Hoi ira naa jud si sam sakay sa eruplano kuyog iya mama natulog xa gi kapoi cguro xa cute kaayo! Hahaha…

Then my sister replied picturi dayon ate..and also there’s this guy; a pinoy dream academy singer named rony….im sorry I don’t know him that much but we still took pictures together with him…..

Very funny because rony was in the restaurant where we had our breakfast in the morning in naia.He also had his breakfast there together with his friend I guess. Me and my friends recognized him but we didn’t approach him anyway.:)

I’ve been writing stuff from my previous post-mostly job related. On, how i dislike everything  about it and the people around me especially my counterparts, and guess what? I committed the same dilemma again..yes! again!

Lately, i applied for a job here in Cebu, and i got accepted.During my final interview with the CEO my question was this:How do you see yourself 5 years from now? well, we all know for a fact that this question is always present when you get into an interview.Lucky for me because I’ve been preparing for this kind of question and it’s been part of  my system already. In short, i had memorized it many times…heheh… and i believe that i answered he’s question well.

The job wasn’t bad at all,in fact they offered a basic salary of 11,000 and a  fix allowance of 11,000 plus the commission plus the company car!.nah.sounds exciting!..but, i wasn’t happy. not at all…so blame it to me..i didn’t find the happiness that I’ve been looking for a job. i was kinda upset about everything. ok, call me whatever you want. but i can’t swallow it.they tried to change me,everything about me, my looks,the way i talk…everything..
at first i took it positively because it can help me on the other side.

There was a time that i was not feeling okay, i had an lbm and i forgot to tell my manager who used to be a doctor,i just informed my senior about my absence and by the time she knew it, she got mad at me and she doesn’t believe my reason, she told me that she’s a doctor and she knows it if im telling the truth or not..And i cried..upset..hurt…which made me decide to gave up my job.it may sound silly that i gave up just like that. but its a question of dignity..trust..‘coz she doesn’t believe in me….individuality..may be?…and  what about me?do i have the right to reason out?do i have the right to be sick and stay home?

i must admit that i also had my own shortcomings, i wasn’t a perfect employee i was late thrice during my stay in that company, i flunked in the exams during the training days,but it is just so hard to work with people who do not trust you…. there might be disappointments, feelings hurt when i moved out ..

….and let’s just put it this way,after all, there will always be lesson to that..and its about time to put into practice.
